It’s knit enough

KEEN KNITTERS are running out of wool.
Supporters of Kirkwood Hospice have appealed for donations of wool to keep them busy creating knitted toys to raise cash for the hospice at Dalton.
Kirkwood spokeswoman Kate Leadbeater said: “We have a lot of people who knit things to sell on stalls for the hospice.
“People are wanting wool to knit things like Easter chicks and bunnies – but we really need more donations of wool. And any colour will do!”
People can hand their donations in to the hospice in Albany Road, Dalton, or its shop at Byram Street.
