A FIRM providing care and support services to the elderly and disabled has changed hands.
CM Community Services Ltd, which trades as SureCare West Yorkshire, has been sold to SevaCare (UK) Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
SureCare, headed by Christine and Malcolm Hall, is based in Batley and provides health and social care, such as helping people to shower and get dressed, within a 15-mile radius.
Initially, Christine took on the business as a franchise to provide health and social care services in Kirklees.
Malcolm joined the team in 2002. That year, the company became an accredited supplier to Kirklees Council. It also works for Kirklees primary care trust (NHS Kirklees) and many private clients.
