BRIGHOUSE lubricants and fuel treatments manufacturer Millers Oils has made a number of key appointments in its operations team.

The appointments of Jamie Ryan, Lisa Shepherdson, Andy Gent and Karolina Piwowarczyk follow a record year of growth at the company.

Mr Ryan (pictured) becomes operations director and will oversee operational strategy, quality, engineering, production and logistics.

Mr Ryan, who has an MBA, brings a wealth of experience with previous roles including global operations director at an international chemical manufacturer and operations director at a UK plc.

Ms Sheperdson as quality manager and Ms Piwowarczyk, operations team administrator, have both been promoted from within the company as part of an initiative to develop the firm’s existing talent. The team is also bolstered by Mr Gent’s appointment as electrical engineer. Millers Oils employs 118 staff and has annual turnover exceeding £25m.
