Great defence nils the Rams!

An Elston break from deep and the close calls for Watene and Flynn gave the home side renewed hope.

But by the 64th minute normal service was resumed as the Giants grabbed their fifth try to wrap up the contest.

McNamara's excellent crossfield kick on the sixth tackle failed to be collected by Flynn and O'Hare gratefully accepted the gift.

Graeme Hallas also failed to add the conversion, but five tries to nil speaks for itself.
