HUDDERSFIELD suffered their second defeat in as many Junior Academy Championship games.
Warrington Wolves proved too big and powerful for the young Giants, running out 50-16 winners.
Huddersfield were briefly in contention at 6-4 down when scrum half Paul Mennell crossed from dummy half.
That score came in the 17th minute, but by 25, Warrington were 16-4 ahead.
The home lead was pegged back to 16-10 after 33 minutes when centre Graham Dobbs touched down after a neat pass by stand-off Danny Garside, who converted.
The second half, however, was all Warrington, who were 50-10 ahead after 65 minutes.
The Giants claimed a consolation try with two minutes to go when winger Ryan Heeley, left, went in from another Garside pass.
Garside tagged on the goal for Huddersfield, who suffered a 26-16 loss to Leeds in their first outing.
It was Warrington's first win after defeats by Castleford and Wigan.
