JIMMY MAIN won the latest Wednesday Golf Society meeting at Outlane. The 12-handicapper from Dewsbury led a field of 28.

Results:

Division I: Jimmy Main (Dewsbury,12) 37pts; Roy Johnson (Meltham, 12) 36, David Law (Elland, 12) 35.

Division II: Alan Harper (Marsden, 17) 40, Albert Stephenson (Marsden, 16) 37, Alan Thomas (Dewsbury, 19) 36, David Crowther (Outlane, 22) 35.

Next week’s meeting is at Dewsbury.
