At this club we are all equal

A lot of the credit for the encouraging start to the season has been put down to you as the new head coach and Mark ‘Bumper’ Andrews, the new head conditioner. But how much credit should also go to assistant coach Paul Anderson (below)?

In my opinion, 99% of the praise should go to the players!

But there’s no doubt Baloo has a very important role to play within the club, as does everyone.

I certainly can’t underestimate the role he plays in terms of passing on his knowledge of the game over here.

He’s been around these guys now for a pretty long time and he obviously knows far more about them, in terms of things like players’ strengths and weaknesses, than I possibly could in the four months I’ve been here.

Baloo obviously has much more to do than this, and I’m sure he knows how important he is and the team know how important he is.

All our staff at the Giants are of equal importance, no one is bigger, the team or any individual.
