“After making a fairly promising start, I thought I didn’t play well at all, and I’m sure that’s what a lot of the boys would say.
“I think we dropped 17 balls to Salford’s five, and there’s no way you’re gong to win if you do that.
“Fair play for what Salford did, because they defended really well and didn’t make it easy for us at all.
“But we obviously helped make it that much easier for them with what we failed to do.
“The key now is to make sure we get our heads up and put things right as quickly as we can.
“I just hope I’ve done enough to keep my place, so that I can play my part in getting us back winning again.
“But whether I get that chance or find myself back in the Reserves, I’ve just got to keep my head down and work as hard as I can, ready for my next chance.”
