Giant Scott Moore hitting form at right time

“And I think we showed we’ve done that with the Wakefield performance!
“We were all delighted with the way things went that day and we’re obviously hoping we can now kick-on against Castleford in the Challenge Cup this weekend.
“I think we’ve got our form back at just the right time.”
Moore was at the heart of the Giants’ destruction of the Wildcats.
He scored two tries, set up a couple of others and also demonstrated an excellent kicking game – including a successful 40-20 – which constantly kept Wakefield on the back foot.
And he believes head coach Nathan Brown deserves some of the credit for that.
“Browny changed my role slightly for the game, and I’m absolutely delighted with the way it worked out,” he said.
“Although I’m still playing at hooker, the changes have been fairly significant, but after the way it went against Wakefield I’m sure they’ll continue.
“And I expect that will include the kicking role I’ve been given.
“That was one of the areas where we’ve been struggling. Browny fancies me as a bit of a kicker, so he handed me the duties and I think it worked well.
“Hopefully, it’ll be the same again against Cas.”
