Giants boss Brown: Players keep making same mistakes

ANGRY Giants coach Nathan Brown has hit out at his players for continuing to fail to learn from the same mistakes they keep on making.
Once again, Huddersfield proved their own worst enemy as they blew several golden chances before slumping to a 13-6 home defeat to Castleford Tigers at the Galpharm last night.
The Giants still remain fifth in the Super League table.
But Brown knows a slide down the ladder could be on the cards if something isn’t sorted out quickly.
“We keep committing the same errors week after week after week,” he said.
“Sometimes we play well enough to get away with it, but on other occasions we don’t. This was one of those occasions when we didn’t.
“We had that many line breaks compared to the opposition, but they obviously scrambled well and, on the back of that, we took some poor decisions.
“I think the game was lost in the first five minutes. Our approach to it was all wrong.
“We were looking to shift the ball on the second set of six at the back of the field and showed no respect to Castleford at all.
