Back Giant Brett Hodgson to paint town Red!
KEVIN BROWN is backing captain Brett Hodgson to find the perfect response to his double intercept nightmare and inspire the Giants to Super League success at Salford tonight (8.00).
Inspirational full-back Hodgson was guilty of making passes which were intercepted in the defeats by Leeds and Castleford.
Despite those heartbreaking losses, the Giants remain fourth in Super League, and victory at The Willows tonight would make it 11 wins from 18 starts.
"We were all disappointed to lose those games but it wasn’t down to Brett," said Brown.
"What cost us the wins was our failure to take the many chances that came our way. If we’d done that, the intercepts wouldn’t have been a talking point.
"Obviously, we all feel for Brett, but he’s a fantastic player, and we all know he’ll bounce back.
"We all support him and know that the next pass he throws will put one of the boys in for a try, something he’s already has done a number of times this season.
