Giants boss Brown: We're looking in top shape

“There’s no doubt this was one of our best performances at home for a long time.”

Brown admitted another strong all-round team performance was at the heart of the victory, although he did single out Eorl Crabtree, Brett Hodgson and Luke Robinson for particular praise.

“When your best players all do well you stand a chance of beating anyone,” he added. “Eorl and Brett both put in world-class performances and Robbo put in a controlled display that saw him come up with a couple of tryscoring passes.”

At half-time during the game, Giants chairman Davy announced the club’s season-ticket packages for 2010.

He is hoping uptake will be high on the back of the Giants currently being third in Super League and in the semi-final of the Challenge Cup.
