Tries then came at regular intervals as Barrow – who quite rightly claim to be the best side outside Super League – well and truly turned the screw.

In a completely one-sided final 25 minutes, James Nixon and Liam Campbell both scored twice, while Chris Young and Danny Halliwell also crossed as the Giants ran out of steam against a side who’ll go well again.
