Nathan Brown’s 100% focused on Huddersfield Giants
NATHAN BROWN has returned to training this week determined to focus 100% on getting the Giants’ season back on track.
Huddersfield return to action at Bradford on Sunday after suffering a run of four successive defeats – two Super League losses to leaders Wigan and a League and Carnegie Challenge Cup defeat to Warrington Wolves.
It will also be the Giants’ first game since Brown’s house in Australia was destroyed by fire 11 days ago.
The Galpharm chief is not speaking publicly about what is a private matter, and is instead focusing all of his attention on rugby league matters with Huddersfield Giants.
“Whether you are winning or going through a rough patch, you like to be coaching, and that’s what I’m doing now,” said Brown.
“My sole focus is helping the Giants win games, that’s all that matters.
“I’m delighted to be back working at the club, and so is everyone else.
“We all enjoyed having a break and feel refreshed, ready for a 14-week period where we’d like to finish the year as strongly as we possibly can.”
