Huddersfield Giants star Stephen Wild will do no favours for Salford

STEPHEN WILD has warned Salford to expect no favours when he lines up for the in-form Giants in tomorrow’s Galpharm Super League clash (3.00).
The 29-year-old back-row forward has signed a three-year contract for the City Reds for next season.
But with Huddersfield desperate to build on last week’s stunning win at leaders Wigan and make sure they hit top form for the start of the play-offs in three weeks, Wild has made it clear his move to The Willows is the last thing on his mind at the moment.
“As far as I’m concerned, this game tomorrow is no different to any other,” he said.
“I’m still a Huddersfield player 100% and I’d like to think I’m professional enough not to worry about who the opposition is.
“Obviously the fact it’s Salford will make it a bit of a talking point, especially as it was only the other week I signed for them.
