LONDON will be hoping to bounce back after a torrid start to Super League XVIII.
The Broncos were well beaten by last year’s wooden spooners Widnes 28-14 at home.
Last year was also a huge struggle as rookie Rob Powell was fired, with the club languishing bottom of the table with the Vikings.
That position came as a surprise after they spent big to bring in some stellar Antipodeon names.
Former Australian internationals Antonio Kaufusi and Craig Gower, 2011 NRL Grand Final winners Shane Rodney and Michael Robertson, as well as former Crusaders key man Michael Witt, were all added to the side as chairman David Hughes spent big in a bid to get London in the play-offs.
Those players still remain on their books and with emerging talents Kieron Dixon, Dan Sarginson and Jamie O’Callaghan breaking through, things should really be looking up for the club.
If their squad performs to its undoubted potential and hit their straps, they could catch Huddersfield cold this Sunday.
