Get name in tunnel

TOWN fans can feature in a new display planned for the Galpharm Stadium tunnel.

The club's Blue and White Foundation are putting up two boards on which members will be listed in alphabetical order.

Another sign proclaiming `Welcome to the home of Huddersfield Town' will also be put above the tunnel doors, featuring the club crest with the motto Juvat Impigros Deus.

"All people have to do is join the Blue and White Foundation lottery for just £2 per week (£104 a year) and their name will be entered onto one of two boards which will sit either side of the tunnel," said Town spokesman Alisdair Straughan.

"The idea is to give a unique opportunity to the fans while brightening up the tunnel area which currently has nothing but paint on the walls."

The busy Blue and White Foundation have 1,700 fans involved at the moment.
