Former Town player moves on

Ben Thornley has signed for UniBond League Premier Division leaders Witton Albion.

The 32-year-old former Town and Manchester United wingman has, most recently, been with Salford City in the Vodkat North West Counties League Division I.

He was previously with Bacup Borough but now joins his younger brother Rod at Wincham Park and is available for the match against Lincoln United at the weekend.
