Leeds first for reserves

TOWN reserves will kick off their Central League campaign with a home derby against Leeds.

The Tuesday, August 19 fixture will take place at the Galpharm, with a 7.00 kick-off.

But later in the campaign, Town will play four Wednesday afternoon fixtures, against Rotherham, Bradford, Grimsby and York at AFC Emley’s Welfare Ground.

Town have elected against playing in the cup competition, meaning they will have only 16 matches in the Central Division.

The second-team competition has lost it’s sponsorship from Pontin’s.
