Murphy's law at Town: 'We'll have a right go!'

GERRY MURPHY started his third stint as caretaker manager by promising Town’s fans: “We’re going to give it a right go!”

The 64-year-old director of football development broke the news of Stan Ternent’s departure to the players yesterday.

He has promised the entire squad a fair crack of the whip and was today taking training ready for Saturday’s home FA Cup clash with Port Vale.

“Everything will be geared towards Huddersfield Town moving in the right direction and we are going to give it a right go,” said Murphy today.
