We’re on the march!
MATCH-WINNER Michael Collins wants Town to be challenging the top six by Christmas and today told fans: “We’re on the march!”
The 22-year-old netted his third goal in as many games to seal Saturday’s 1-0 win at Brighton and lift Gerry Murphy’s side to 13th in League I.
And, with Leyton Orient at the Galpharm tomorrow night (7.45), Collins confirmed: “It’s vital we kick-on and start marching up the table.
“The shake-up is important at Christmas with a lot of games to be played, so if we can be there or thereabouts the top six by then we can lay the foundations for a superb season.
“Our next two games are at home (against Orient and Walsall on Saturday, December 6) and if we can take six points from those, we’ll be in a lot healthier position and can start setting our sights a little bit higher.”
