Huddersfield Town boss on MK Dons goal drama

TOWN boss Lee Clark was left to rue more late bad luck.

While his side came away with a deserved 1-1 draw against League I high-fliers MK Dons, the Town camp clearly felt Michael Flynn’s late attempt on goal had crossed the line.

“We had the scenario at the end which kind of sums up the luck we have had over the last 10 days,” said Clark.

“Before I see the incident on the television it is hard to say yes or no, but everyone around has said the ball was over the line.”

Clark, however, enthused about Town’s display as an Andy Butler strike earned Town a point after Sam Baldock had put the Dons in front.

“It was certainly a good performance at last and I have said to the players that it is one of the best displays we have had since I have been here,” said Clark.
