Positive season ticket marker by Huddersfield Town fans

DEAN HOYLE began his spell as Town owner with 10,273 fans having backed the cut-price season-ticket offer.

At close of business last night, that was the number of fans who had pledged to follow Lee Clark’s League I side at the Galpharm throughout the 2009-10 campaign.

Highburton’s Jason Stevens bought the 10,000th ticket (one of seven he purchased) and ticket office manager Sue Beaumont said: “We are delighted with the backing.
