Honoured to serve Huddersfield Town say departing duo

He is chairman of the Sporting Pride Community Trust, working alongside Armitage.
“I have immense pride when I look back at my six years as a director of Town, just as I do with my 10 years with the Huddersfield Giants,” he said.
“It is only right that as I step down from one board, I do so with the other as I need to maintain my neutrality.
“As Managing Director of KSDL, I will still do everything in my power to help both clubs achieve their ambitions.”
Davy praised both men.
“That they leave the board of Town with the infrastructure of the club in such good shape to move forward is a tribute to their positive contribution to the club’s recent history,” he said.
“On behalf of everyone with the best interests of Town at heart, I thank them and it has been a privilege for me to work so closely with them.”
