Huddersfield Town Supporters Association: Fans have key role in backing Dean Hoyle
Jun 11 2009 by Mel Booth, Huddersfield Daily Examiner
AS THE new Town regime begins to take control it is important that the fans support the new hierarchy as much as possible in the ventures they undertake.
The ‘Keep It Up’ campaign is a significant initiative and any Town fan should consider ways in which they can raise funds and awareness within the next 12 months.
New club chairman Dean Hoyle and director of business development Sean Jarvis will cycle to the first away game and there will be scope for a number of Town fans to join them on their journey.
We’re sure that there will be a lot of anxiety in advance of next Wednesday’s release of the fixtures for the upcoming season.
HTSA are finalising the details for an abseil to be held at the stadium on Saturday, August 1, and we would encourage as many Town fans as possible to participate, test themselves, and raise money for a worthwhile cause.
Full details will be announced shortly on all available sources.
Annual membership is now due for renewal. The cost has been frozen and is free to Under 8s, £2 for 8-13 years, and £5 for those aged over 13.
Membership forms can be downloaded from our website at www.htsa.co.uk and as we approach the new season we hope to retain all our existing members, and welcome more Town fans to help swell the membership.
