Huddersfield Town to field strong side against Liverpool

LEE CLARK has pledged to field a strong side in this afternoon’s Galpharm friendly against Liverpool as he waits for news on Lee Novak’s hamstring injury.
The Geordie striker is set for a scan after limping off in the 64th minute of Saturday’s 2-1 League I defeat at Plymouth.
The likes of Nathan Clarke, Lee Croft, Chris Atkinson and loan keeper Nick Colgan, all unused substitutes at Home Park, are due to face the Reds (2.00).
And Clark says he could also field some of the players who figured in the Argyle game, Town’s first defeat in four.
Season-ticket holders can watch for free while others pay £4 (adults) and £2 (concessions) and the manager is placing importance on the work-out against a side set to include ex-Town loanees Martin Kelly and Nathan Eccleston..
