Using our Player Rater system, fans submitted their marks out of ten for each performance on Monday.
Here are Doug's ratings - the fans' ratings are on page two.

IAN BENNETT
Another bright display from the man who has been one of Towns most consistent performers this campaign. 8

GARY NAYSMITH
The left-back put his know-how to good use as Town worked hard to contain highly-rated Danny Green. 6

LEE PELTIER
Was left dazed by a stray boot in the first half, but recovered to play his part as Town fought their way to three points. 6

JAMIE McCOMBE
His power was useful against front duo John Akinde and John Nurse, and came close with a second-half header. 7

PETER CLARKE
Caught out a couple of times early on, but the skipper stayed composed and played a key role in this win. 6

JACK HUNT
Marked his new two-year contract with another gutsy display on the right side of a four-man midfield. 6

KEVIN KILBANE
Box to box and side to side, the veteran once again got around the pitch to prompt and push Town on. 6

SCOTT ARFIELD
Started in the centre then moved to the right and was busy throughout. Came close early in the second half. 6

JORDAN RHODES
Back in the starting side, the top scorer showed his cutting edge remained intact with a couple of goals. 8

BENIK AFOBE
Couldnt make the scoresheet himself, but the strikers enthusiasm and energy made him a key player. 7

GARY ROBERTS
The wide boy was always a worry for Dagenham and his crosses created plenty of danger and the winner. 7

Substitutes:
Joey Gudjonsson (for Hunt, 61mins) 6;
Lee Novak (for Afobe, 67mins) 6;
Danny Cadamarteri (for Rhodes, 86mins) 5.
