OSCAR GOBERN is due back in training today as he aims to prove his fitness for Huddersfield Town’s big teatime televised clash with Brentford on Saturday.
The midfielder was forced off in the 23rd minute of the 1-0 home derby win over Oldham after a clash of heads left him groggy and with double vision.
But both the 20-year-old and his boss Lee Clark are confident he will be back when third-placed Town seek a third straight League I win back at the Galpharm.
“We’ve kept a close observation on Oscar ever since Saturday, and he’s looking and feeling much better,” reported Clark, who was keeping a close eye on the weather ahead of a planned development match at Sheffield United today.
