KIM BO-KYUNG, Cardiff’s newest signing, is being tipped by a South Korean teammate to be a major hit.
The £2m winger fired his country’s winner in their 2-1 Olympic success against Switzerland.
And teammate Ki Sung-yueng, who plays for Celtic, said: “Bo-kyung is one of our aces – I believe he will be a success for Cardiff.”
Kim signed a three-year contract with the Bluebirds only a few days before his Olympic match-winning moment and is set to face Town in the first game of the Championship campaign on Friday, August 17.
“He is a very good player and one of the aces of the squad,” added Sung-yueng. “I have a strong belief in him. He is smart enough and good enough to play well in English football.”
