HUDDERSFIELD Town are to take a first-hand look at Rochdale striker Godwin Abadaki after taking the teenager on loan.

The Nigerian-born 18-year-old, who has made two substitute appearances for the first team, will work with senior professional development coach Steve Eyre and is set to feature in today's Under 21 game against Derby County.

Eyre knows Godwin from his time as Rochdale manager and explained: "He is physically strong, quick and hungry to score goals – but he's still raw and learning the game."
