HUDDERSFIELD Town's Keith Southern says he has no worries about today’s reunion with Andy D’Urso as the former Premier League referee takes charge of Town’s Championship clash at Birmingham.

The midfielder, then playing for Blackpool, was controversially red carded by D’Urso just 21 minutes into the Bloomfield Road clash with Barnsley in April.

Southern walked after a tackle on Stephen Foster, with Blackpool boss Ian Holloway highly critical of the experienced Essex official.

“It happened and it’s history,” said Southern. “The referee saw it as a red card, I didn’t and I had my say, but we move on.

“It was a wet pitch and there was no malice, but as a tackling midfielder, there’s always a danger of mistiming one or two.

“Luckily the lads pulled me out of it a bit by going on to get a 1-1 draw.”
