GLYNN SNODIN hopes a heart to heart between Huddersfield Town’s management and players will pave the way to victory at home to Bolton tomorrow.

The experienced coach says Simon Grayson’s squad have had a good week’s preparation as they plot a first win in five Championship games.

It included a squad debrief of the season so far, with every player encouraged to have a say on what has gone right – and wrong.

“It’s something we always planned to do 20 matches in,” explained Snodin ahead of the first Town-Bolton meeting since 2000-01.

“All the management spoke and we encouraged every player to have their input. There were some serious points made and we also enjoyed a bit of banter.
