MPs and community leaders will be among the speakers at Saturday's #HandsOffHRI rally and march.
Thousands of people are expected to join the demonstration on Saturday, organised by the Let's Save Huddersfield A&E campaign.
Protesters will gather in St George's Square before the march through the town centre, and will return to the square to hear the guest speakers.

Here are the speakers lined up for Saturday's rally:
Jason McCartney
The Colne Valley MP will be the key speaker at the event. The Conservative member has been one of the campaign's most prominent figures arranging a debate in Parliament.
Paula Sherriff
The Dewsbury Labour MP is also expected to speak at the event.
Clr David Sheard
The Labour Kirklees Council leader will be addressing the crowd, although not in his capacity as council leader.
Paul Cooney
Trade unionist and former hospital trust employee Mr Cooney heads Huddersfield Keep Our NHS Public.
Jackie Grunsell
The Newsome GP served as a Kirklees councillor between 2006 and 2010 representing the now defunct Save Huddersfield NHS party.
Natalie Ratcliffe
Natalie is a representative for Unison in Yorkshire and a founder of the #HandsOffHRI campaigner.
Karl Deitch
Karl is the chair of #HandsOffHRI
Lianne Hunter
Lianne is a Huddersfield National Union of Students (NUS) leader.
