The specialist kitchen outlet has been run by John Thorpe for over 17 years, during which time John and his team have created dream kitchens for homeowners across Huddersfield and far beyond.

Although the showroom in Lidget Street is only small, John has access to hundreds of kitchen designs including worktop styles, doors and handles, as well as all the latest appliances.

John has designs for all tastes and budgets, from the very traditional to the ultra-contemporary including popular high gloss creams, black and reds. Worktop choices include granite, Corian, laminate and solid wood with walnut being particularly popular.

As a company, Cosy Kitchens offers the full package from design to installation including all the additional works such as lighting, tiling, flooring etc.

John said: “Here at Cosy Kitchens we have both bespoke ranges and more affordable kitchens along with great appliances from top names including Bosch, Neff, Caple, Indesit and Gorenje, a new range from Slovenia which offers top quality at more affordable prices and which will be arriving soon.

As well as kitchens, John and his team also run Cosey Design, a design and build service which can create beautiful extensions, conservatories, double glazed doors and windows, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Cosey Design will take care of everything from planning requirements to building work to electrics, plumbing, plastering etc, and aim to offer the best service possible.
