A NEW SHOWROOM has been opened off Leeds Road by the family-run Pennine Home Improvements.
Opened in time for the Easter holiday, the showroom in Grove Road (to the left of John Peters and PC World) contains a complete range of window, door and conservatory profiles along with different styles of glass, composite doors and the new bi-folding doors, perfect for opening up a room to the outside.
Pennine Home Improvements, run by mother and son Diane and Craig Hanson, has been established several years but only moved into premises at Grove Road more recently. Since then the business has gone from strength to strength and continues to work all over the area with many word-of-mouth recommendations from delighted customers.
As well as the new Advanced 70 window and door profiles, Pennine Home Improvements offers UPVC stable doors, the market leading 35mm polycarbonate Global conservatory roof system and fascias, soffits and guttering roof products.
Popular composite doors and windows are now available in a range of colours and wood finishes.
Craig said: “As far as we know, we are the only local company to use the Advanced 70 profile with its five chamber system to give greater thermal efficiency and sound proofing. Advanced 70 is regarded as the UK’s number one profile and operates a secure shoot-bolt security system."
Both Craig and Diane say they would like to thank the following for their help in creating the new showroom: Mark Walker of Walker Timber, Steve Boothroyd from Decorative Coloured Glass and all family and staff.
Craig said: “Most of our work comes via word-of-mouth recommendations from people who tell their families and friends to come to us for their home improvements.
"Because we now offer the new advanced 70mm profile, this is even better news for our customers. We also offer great unbeatable trade prices.
"As a family business Pennine Home Improvements places great emphasis on customer service and after-sales care."
Anyone ordering doors or windows from Pennine Home Improvements can usually expect a turn around period of two to three weeks before the ordered items are installed. Pennine Home Improvements has its own manufacturing base where experienced staff can create bespoke windows, doors and conservatories for local homes. The business is FENSA registered and a member of both Certass and the UK Trades Confederation .
Pennine Home Improvements welcomes both trade and retail customers including DIY enthusiasts. The new showroom is open weekdays 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm where you will be guaranteed a family welcome from mother and son Diane and Craig.
