Strictly come dancing!

A CHANCE to see the cream of young dancers is coming up at the Lawrence Batley Theatre (LBT) this Sunday.

Eleven dance groups from across Yorkshire will perform to impress a regional panel for the opportunity to represent the region at the National Youth Dance Festival 2008 at Sadler’s Wells in London.

A total of 170 young people will go on stage from 7pm with routines which will include contemporary, hip-hop, breakdance and street.

They will be shortlisted into three groups to take part in the London festival in July.

Tickets cost £6 (£4 concessions) and can be bought from the LBT box office on 01484 430528 or online at www.lbt-uk.org
