Choir will be on song

THE choir of Meltham Parish Church will be performing Maunder’s Olivet to Calvary tonight. Guest soloists are Roy Hirst, from Dewsbury, who will sing the tenor solos, and Nigel Rothery, who willl perform the bass solos.
Other solos will be by choir members Gwynneth Taylor and Stephanie Ball (formerly Stephanie Helliwell).
The choir will be joined by a number of friends who will swell the chorus. At the organ will be Simon Ball.
The performance starts at 7:30pm in church and admission is free.
