A wrongly-named collective

THEY might be called Threadbare, but that is the last thing they are.

Threadbare is the name of a collective of musicians, poets and other performers who at the Lawrence Batley Theatre tomorrow.

They will be offering Moral Panic, a day of musical and poetic treats.

They describe the event as “a hotchpotch of acts from different genres, each performing original material”.

Expect to hear the experimental sounds of Meat Sweats, musical biology from Amoeba 2 Zebra, plus performance poetry from Edinburgh’s Sean Cartwright and Huddersfield’s own Michael Greavey.
