Music: Huddersfield Philharmonic Orchestra at Holy Trinity Church

DESPITE the early arrival of winter, the hardy souls of Huddersfield Philharmonic Orchestra will present a concert in Holy Trinity Church, Huddersfield tonight at 7.30pm.
James Squire will direct from the flute in a performance of JS Bach’s Suite No 2, for strings and flute. It will be followed by a performance of the Haydn Trumpet Concerto, in which the soloist will be Mike Briggs and the conductor Nicholas Smith.
Tickets are priced at £8 on the door and early attendance is advised in order to get the best seats in the church.
