Lizzy tribute band at Picturedrome

THIN Lizzy fans will feel like the boys are back in town when one of their top tribute acts comes to Holmfirth.

Limehouse Lizzy will play at The Picturedrome on February 1, supported by Huddersfield rock band Storm.

Limehouse Lizzy are singer and bassist Wayne Ellis, lead guitarists Greg Alcock and Tim Read and drummer Andy Fox.

They have been paying tribute to Thin Lizzy for 15 years, recreating the magic of the original band which died in 1986 along with frontman Phil Lynott.

Limehouse Lizzy formed in 1993 in Limehouse, London, and since then have played hundreds of concerts across the world.

They’ve even been recommended by Phil Lynott’s mum – approvals don’t get better than that.

For tickets, priced at £10, visit The Picturedrome any evening between 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
