Get in the Groove at Bates Mill warehouse

BIG name DJs are to converge on Huddersfield for the first of a series of warehouse club gigs in the town.

Groove Armada and Radio 1 DJ Annie Mac will play the gig on March 8 at Bates Mill warehouse on Queen Street South.

Also performing will be Scratch Perverts, Herve and Sinden and Afterparty DJs Martin Doorly, Domski and Bongo Dave.

The event has been organised by club night Afterparty, which runs every month at The Camel Club and recently won Best Club Night in the Galaxy awards.

The warehouse gig is to become a monthly fixture in Huddersfield, bringing big names in dance music to town.

The next gig will take place on April 11, with one of the DJ world’s biggest names, Pete Tong, topping the bill.

If you can’t get to thatgig, don’t worry – it will be broadcast as a special feature between 3am and 5am on Radio 1. Martin Doorly, one of the Afterparty regular DJs, will perform as part of the broadcast.
