Parish date for the Scaramanga Six

SINISTER songsmiths The Scaramanga Six are also heading for the Parish this month.

On April 10, the Huddersfield quintet will bring their own mix of rock, cabaret and craziness to the venue as support act to female Californian punksters The Bitchfits.

The Scaramanga Six style has been described as ‘grandiose goth pop’ and ‘rock noir’ but no phrase can really capture their bizarre mix of rock, cabaret and operetta with a sinister and theatrical twist.

The band are currently doing a series of live shows ahead of the release of their latest single, Walking Through Houses, which comes out on Wrath Records on May 19.

The single is the follow-up to their 2007 album, The Dance Of Death, which met with much approval from reviewers.
