Model role for Giants

As models for the night the players were treated to facials from the store’s beauticians before shedding their Giants kits and donning some of the House of Fraser’s most popular brands.

Those included informal wear from Polo/Ralph Lauren and formal wear by Berwin and Berwin Concessions. And the players loved it!

“They just seemed to lap it up,” said Giants commercial manager Paul Cribb, who has helped to establish the link between the Galpharm Stadium-based club and the town centre store.

“Everyone has said what a great job they did and I would even be as bold as to say the boys probably enjoyed the facials more than they would like to admit!

“Obviously, we were delighted to help, because it further enhanced the profile of the Giants in the town centre, but we’d also like to think the event proved to be of huge benefit to House of Fraser. We’ve obviously also helped the Forget-Me-Not Trust, too.

“I know the House of Fraser were pleased with the ways things went and they’ve already agreed to sponsor our annual end-of-season presentation night.

“If we can help each other flourish it’s very much mission accomplished!”
