Beautiful Bride of the Year 2009 Louise Hartley ties the knot

THE winner of our Beautiful Bride 2008 competition, Louise Hartley, tied the knot this spring and is pictured here with her new husband, Chris Allen.

Louise, a primary school teacher from Marsh, was nominated for the title by her friend and colleague Lorraine Bamforth.

Her prize package included a wedding gown up to the value of £1,000 from the bridal room at La Fleur; a two day break at Ragdale Hall spa in Leicestershire; a hair and beauty make-over by Rubens, Westgate, and the Pamper Rooms in Linthwaite; and a tiara from Mysterium, of Standard House, Huddersfield.

Louise and Chris also won a bridal photoshoot by Helen and Melody Wedding Photographers, who are based in Holmfirth.
