WE asked for your beauty problems and offered to bring in the experts to solve them. Today we’re featuring the second in a new series of mini make-overs.
Mary Locker, 62, had a serious accident at work several years ago and says it caused her to lose confidence in her appearance.
“I think any long illness makes you feel as if you’ve aged and it shows in your face,’’ said Mary, who lives in Lindley.
She was hoping that Harriet Stenhouse at the Elizabeth Arden counter in Boots would be able to give her a new look to surprise her husband, Roger, who is manager of an engineering company.
Harriet decided to use the anti-ageing Ceramide Plump Perfect range of skincare products to boost Mary’s skin.
“It’s really important to use skin creams properly,’’ said Harriet.
“A lot of people use too much and they don’t moisturise their necks. You should always apply creams right down to the decollété area.
