Tell us a bit about yourself: Hi, I'm Dale Slingsby, Head Chef at 1535 Bar Restaurant. I’ve been a chef for over 25 years and have always had a passion for creating good food with a leaning towards Italian and Mediterranean food.
What are you best known for? I'm best known for my generously sized portions, especially steaks.

One underrated food is: Offal ie. liver and kidneys

One of my favourite ever restaurant meals was: Rock lobster tails baked in garlic butter served with home-made bread at Fishbones Restaurant in Florida
One of my favourite meals to cook at home is: Seafood linguini and a loaf of fresh bread to mop up with, the kids love it
