Mr R J Stoker – Miss V L Hirst

Miss Victoria Louise Hirst and Mr Robert James Stoker were married at St John’s Church, Newsome.

The bride is the daughter of Diane and Michael Thompson, of Ingleton Road, Newsome, and the bridegroom is the son of Maureen Stoker, of Horsebank Drive, Lockwood, and the late Robert Stoker.

The ceremony was performed by the Rev Stephen Gott.

The best man was James Bawn, and the groomsmen were Andrew Stoker, Steve Stewart, Neil Sykes and Jack and Sam Turner.

The bridesmaids were Rebecca Hanlon, Zoe Bawn, Rebecca Tullett, Trinity Ford and Emily Bawn.

The reception was held at The Pennine Manor Hotel, Scapegoat Hill, and the couple will spend their honeymoon in Mauritius.
