Mr A J Pitman – Miss T L Bates

Miss Tanya Louise Bates and Mr Adam John Pitman were married at Hazelwood Castle, Tadcaster, and were blessed in the chapel by Fr Ian Walton.

The bride is the daughter of Russell and Jill Bates, of Almondbury, and the bridegroom is the son of John and Pat Pitman, of Kent.

The best man was Gareth Bowditch and the ushers were Miles Dixon, the bride’s brother-in-law, and David Hogg.

The bridesmaids were Sally-Anne Dixon and Lindsey Bates, the bride’s sisters, and Charlotte Whale, the bride’s best friend.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Canada.
