Top tips on how to keep that look...

ALL that drinking and dancing that leads to the loss of your party looks – which can be a hindrance when it comes to the flirting.

So here’s some top tips to make sure you can look fabulous while being frivolous....

Water – and plenty of it! Models drink a ton of this to keep their skin looking healthy. Not only that, but this element can save us from the deathly hangover. I recommend a pint before going out and a pint before going to bed to help re-hydrate your system and have you feeling fresh and fabulous in no time.

Good things in small packages – Nip into your nearest chemist and you’ll find hairspray available in small, travel size versions of the best-named products such as L’Oréal, TRESemeé and many more. These little wonders can be kept in your bag and when your do needs fixing, there’s no need to panic and call it a night. Simply whip out the miniature hairspray, brushes and combs and make yourself salon beautiful again.

Foldaway fashion – Every girl loves a pair of to-die-for heels. But after those impressive dance moves, these once adorable shoes can start to become your worst enemy. How many times have you walked home barefoot ... or in your boyfriend’s shoes? Well, imagine if by home time you could magically produce a pair of flat, comfy ballerina pumps to slip on? You no longer need to sacrifice your style by borrowing boy’s shoes, take a look at www.redfootrevolution.co.uk who offer the most beautiful, stylish flat shoes, which not only look amazing but they fold up. Yes, you read correctly, these are shoes that can be folded in half, kept in a little pouch and tucked away in even the most stylish handbag until the excruciating pain begins. So now you can say goodbye to blisters and achey soles. A girl’s prayer has finally been answered.

Be prepared – You haven’t spent ages teasing your locks into a tousled look just for the British weather to rain on your parade and make them frizzy or flat. So, beat the weather by investing in a small, super-light umbrella that will fit in your bag. You can get them in most shops and you’ll hardly know you’re carrying it around.

Become a sensible bag lady – Clutch bags are great but have you ever nipped to the loo and forgotten to take it back out with you, or left it in a taxi? Next time you are hunting for your going-out bag, don’t dismiss those with straps. Most party-bags now have thin straps, or some detachable straps which can be tucked away until the time when you’ve had a few too many and your memory goes to sleep. You can pull out the strap and wear your bag satchel-style or on your shoulder – no lost phones or purses the day after!

Make sure you shine ... not your face! Don’t forget your face wipes. Being a dancing diva can be a strenuous activity and a good work out. A shiny face may be ok in the gym but on the dancefloor it is not a desired effect. Be sure to carry some face tissues, which come in little packets and absorb any oily areas without disturbing the make-up..

I’ve shared my top tips, so off you totter my dears, have fun, and of course, be fabulous!
