Done deal?

I HAVE just read the remarks and updates for the Tesco store, from Clr Ken Sims (July 2-08) where he states in is own words, that the council has secured a large chunk of the funding from the sale of the existing site?

Does this mean it is already a done deal with Tesco?

And if so is there any point with any further discussion from the council and are the public to have NO say in the future of Huddersfield once again?

This should not to be allowed without meetings and more thought of what the public of Huddersfield require and would like to have?

Please Mr Barry Sheerman put your power on the side of the public.
